27 MAY | ESTORIL CONFERENCE CENTRE

An afternoon session bringing together senior government representatives, industry leaders and recognised experts to exchange strategic perspectives, address emerging trends and discuss the future of the aeronautics, space and defence sectors.

This high-level conference offers sponsors a privileged platform to align their brand with strategic dialogue and thought leadership, engage directly with key decision-makers, and enhance visibility among stakeholders shaping the sector’s long-term development.

As in previous years, there will be an opportunity to engage in pre-arranged B2Bs meetings, to facilitate contacts between participants and the development of new partnerships.

Space² Dialogues will serve as the central discussion platform of Space², addressing the specific dynamics of the space sector through keynotes and conversations with international speakers and recognised experts. In a more informal and interactive setting, the initiative brings together experience, insight and practical knowledge to foster meaningful exchange across the space community.

The programme will explore key international and European developments, as well as the conditions required to support a dynamic, consolidated and growing ecosystem. Looking ahead to the preparation of future space activities, Space² Dialogues provides a high-level yet accessible forum for reflection, connection and forward-looking discussion.

The Space² Dialogues has the support of the Portuguese Space Agency.

27 - 28 MAY | ESTORIL CONFERENCE CENTRE

A new event within the AED Days is the Exhibition covering an area of 1000 m2. Located in the Estoril Conference Center lobby, this event offers exhibitors premium visibility to showcase cutting-edge technologies, products, and services to all event participants.

Designed as a dynamic, high-traffic space, the exhibition serves as a continuous showcase on the 27th and 28th of May, enabling exhibitors to demonstrate their innovations and engage directly with potential customers, partners, and collaborators.

Inside the AED Days 2026 Exhibition area is the Space², a dedicated exhibition bringing together national and international companies and organisations to showcase the competencies, capabilities and technologies shaping today’s space sector. At a time of strong momentum and rapid development, it provides a distinctive platform for visibility, networking and collaboration, positioning the space sector at the centre of the event’s dynamics.

Organised around a central agora hosting the Space² Dialogues, the area is conceived as an integrated environment where exhibition and discussion converge, fostering direct engagement between industry, institutions and stakeholders. By bringing together key players from across the ecosystem, Space² reflects the growing maturity, dynamism and industrial depth of the Portuguese space sector, while strengthening its connection with international partners and perspectives.

29 MAY | TEMPLO DA POESIA

Following the success of the Sustainable Aviation Talks over the past three editions, the initiative evolves in 2026 into a broader platform, the AeroFuture Forum: Advanced Air Mobility, Green Aviation & Airports, which will take place on 29 May during AED Days 2026, at the Templo da Poesia, in Oeiras.

As the debate around the future of aviation continues to expand beyond sustainability alone, the AeroFuture Forum provides a dedicated space to address the technological, industrial and operational transformations shaping the next generation of aviation — from Advanced Air Mobility and new propulsion systems to the evolving role of airports as multimodal innovation hubs.

Bringing together industry leaders, policymakers and technology innovators, the Forum aims to foster dialogue and collaboration across the aviation ecosystem. Previous editions featured speakers from organisations such as Roland Berger, ANAC, IATA, TAP, Embraer, Airbus, Boeing and GALP, alongside a diverse group of national and international participants representing airlines, technology providers, Air Traffic Management and sustainable fuel producers.

During the Conference there will be a Networking Lunch, and at the end we will have physical pre-arranged B2B meetings.
